Reducing the Cost of In-State Tuition

On April 6, I introduced an amendment on the floor of the NH House of Representatives to reallocate $6 million set aside to renovate the Whitemore Center on the UNH campus in Durham to instead fund a reduction of between $230 and $310 per year in in-state student tuition at UNH, Keene State and Plymouth State.  To watch my floor speech go to the 1 hour and 45 minute mark of THIS VIDEO.
